Argentine food - 5º3º



PASTELITOS
Ingredients:
For the dough: •500g of flour 0000 •100g of butter •250cm³ of water •A pinch of salt •Margerine •Cornstarch
For the stuffing: •Sweet potato •Quince jam
Steps:
1) Join together the ingredients of the puff pastry and mix. Then, you must to knead the dough until the ingredients are well combined. Let it rest.
2) Flatten the dough properly thin.
3) Once it's ready, spread it with melted margerine.
4) Sprinkle with cornstarch.
5) Cut shaped like rectangle of 8 or 10 cm.
6) In each rectangle put a piece of sweet potato or quice jam. Close with another rectangle and squeeze the extreme to make folds.
7) Fry the pastelitos and remove when they are gold.
8) Sprinkle with sugar or whatever you want.

CHIPA
Ingredients
*500 gr manioc starch (flour)
*200 gr of grated cheese
*100 gr of butter
*3 (three) eggs
*A pinch of salt
Mix cheese and flour. Break the eggs. Then add the butter and eggs to dough. Work with your hands. Then sprinkle salto to the dough. Knead the dough and roll it into balls. Bake until golden brown.

MILANESA A LA NAPOLITANA (BREADED VEAL WITH JAM, CHEESE AND TOMATO SAUCE)

Ingredients:
• Salt
• 2 eggs
• Some parsley
• A bit of garlic
• 2 cups of bread crumbs
• Oil
• Meat
• Jam and cheese
• Tomato sauce🍅

Preparation:
√ First step- Break the eggs and put in the bowl. Then chop the garlic and the parsley in pieces and add it too.
√ Second step- When you put it in the bowl start blending and add a pinch of salt. Then put the meat in the bowl and blend it again.
√ Third step- Take a try and greace it with oil. Then put the bread crumbs and start coating the meat.
When you finish put it on the tray with oil and place in the oven and bake it until ten minutes each side flipping it.
√ The last step- When it's cooked, cover it with tomato sauce and add jam and mozzarella.

We cooked TORTAS FRITAS. The first thing we did was kneading the flour with 1/4 cup oil, one egg, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar and warm water to mix and knead. Then we flattened the dough  and finally we fried them
